Staff Leave & Sub. Information

Staff members should follow the policies outlined in the current HPISD Employee Handbook and any procedures established by district and campus administration regarding leave. The basic procedure for taking leave time is outlined below, but please contact Ashlie Seabolt if you have any questions about leave or substitutes.

Basic steps for taking Planned Leave:

  1. Pre-arrange a sub by calling/emailing people on the sub list
  2. Request Leave in Skyward Employee Access
  3. Officially schedule your sub in AESOP
  4. Contact Ashlie for any questions not already answered below
***If you are taking leave with little notice (example: the day/night before or the morning of an absence), text or email Jeremy AND Ashlie so they can be sure your class will be covered!***
