One School, One Book

We are very excited for One School, One Book this year! Hyer Elementary will implement a singular reading experience throughout the campus. Every student, teacher, staff member, and parent will be reading the same book at the same time. How exciting! 

EVERY Hyer Husky will be reading The Mouse and the Motorcycle by Beverly Cleary.

What will we be doing?

Every family will receive a copy of The Mouse and the Motorcycle along with a reading schedule. Every night, parents are asked to read the scheduled chapter to their children.  A trivia question over the previous night's reading will be asked on the announcements each morning.  Be sure to participate in all of the fun!
