Mrs. Boudreaux graduated from the University of Oklahoma and has been practicing physical therapy for 26 years. Initially, she worked with adults with brain injuries in a hospital and outpatient setting. She also worked in some outpatient orthopedic therapy and then found her true love in pediatrics. Mrs. Boudreaux has been with Highland Park for 20 years. Her role in the district is to address physical therapy needs for the students within the special education program. She is the therapist for all of the district campuses. Mrs. Boudreaux is also a member of the assistive technology team and the autism assessment teams. Professionally she has received additional training in many pediatric areas, to include working with children with physical disabilities, training for wheelchair seating and positioning, training in the area of autism, training in cranio-sacral therapy, and she is also a certified practitioner in Sensory Integration, Therapeutic Listening, and Interactive Metronome.
